Did you successfully complete an A.R.D. program or probation without verdict program?
IF so, you are QUALIFIED for expungement. Expungement is available to persons who have completed A.R.D., who have completed a probation without verdict program, who have had the charges against them withdrawn or dismissed, or who have been found "not guilty" in a court of law.
